I’ve been experimenting with the whole concept of “Depth of Field” and how it relates to Aperture.
I wasn’t able to see any bokeh with my kit lens unless my subjects were like 20 feet apart.
In this image, the table and foreground of the photo are 1-2 feet away. I shot using a prime lens with the capability of 1.8 max aperture and it makes a world of difference.
